For those who are willing to read, here is what the petitioner is expecting - 

*Petitioners want the Supreme Court to ORDER the Indian Govt to safely secure their non-indian relatives in a war torn country, bring them to India by air, give them 50 lakh for their livelihood, and a permanent residency because they have an UNHCR card and phone recording...... *

- BTW India is not a signatory and does not recognise UNHCR, and the petitioner didn't provide any evidence to support their forced deportation claim.

How in a sane mind the Supreme Court could accept this and pass an order?

PS: What else do the petitioners need - a red carpet and ownership of India???

Also, it is inexplicable to justify alleged human right violations just because the country is going through a difficult time.

Our Media, Govt and People cried just for chaining Indian illegal immigrants when they were brought back from US.

I am not sure how people support this vile act. It is inhuman to do something like this. Rohingyas had been driven out of their homes and they are refugees. Deporting them in humanly way is ok, but this is not.

I am all Ok with deporting illegal immigrants, but it should be done in accord to the law, otherwise such incident are not only inhuman but bad for India's image too. India's majority of population is poor, it's not some great economy, and a state's duty is to server its citizens, it's much easier to talk about humanity than serving it. I think, It's UN and other organisation duty, i am ok with country level donations like in IMF. 

With all being said, if anyone want to use this incident, to justify any type of prejudice or want to share it out of recent India Pakistan conflict, then you are part of problem, you don't care about refugee or anything but wants to tickle your prejudices. Just few months back we were crying about US handcuffing indians and deporting them back. At least they are not throwing them near our coast with a life jacket.

This is a serious problem however I wonder what Uan is doing apart from pushing poor and densly populayef countries like India and Bangladesh to accept Rohingyas. Why are they not pushing Myanmar to stop genocide. If this does not work, why are they not dividing Myanmar into 2 parts, one for Rohingyas. Surely they cant expect India to take more people when already 80% people dependent on govt. There are many less populated countries like western europe where they should happily accept Rohingyas.

Let's wait for the enquiry to be completed first. I don't think it's true but if it is, it's absolutely not ok.  Deportation is one thing and what else does one expect a country to do about illegal immigrants. But no one can treat other human being this way tossing them up like garbage. So seriously hoping the enquiry concludes this to be completely baseless and untrue.

Absolutely not in favor of habitating illegal immigrants in the country. But there's a way to deport them humanly. So praying that India hasn't actually done this.
